Ecommerce supplies clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men and kids, to individuals and businesses. These terms apply to every visit to our website and every order.

You are responsible for the activity on your account.

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private and tell us if you think it has been misused.
• Wholesale (B2B) accounts must be approved by us before wholesale prices apply.

We take care to show accurate descriptions, images and prices, but small differences can occur. Prices are shown in the store currency and may change before you place an order. Retail and wholesale customers see different prices, and minimum order quantities apply to some products.

An order is confirmed when we accept it and send you a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the payment cannot be confirmed.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.

You can pick up your order from our store or have it delivered where delivery is offered. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Fees and free-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.

Returns are covered by our Return Policy.

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's accounts, or to copy our content for commercial use without our permission.

To the extent the law allows, Ecommerce is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the store means you accept it.
